Damaged or Spilled Packages In the unfortunate event that a package delivered by us is found to be damaged or has spilled contents, we request our customers to immediately take photographs of the packaging and the damaged products. These images are necessary and will be used to assess your claim for a refund or replacement.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, you have the option to request either a full refund or a replacement. The choice will be at the customer’s discretion, ensuring flexibility and satisfaction.
To ensure timely resolution of delivery issues, customers must report any claims for damaged or spilled packages within the same day of receiving the delivery. Reports received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases where the product is damaged due to customer mishandling or if any parts of the product are missing. This clause is intended to prevent fraudulent claims and protect the integrity of our products.
