Shipping charges are based on order value and weight:
Free Delivery: Orders above PKR 9,999 (prepaid or COD) qualify for free shipping.
Orders Below PKR 9,999: Weight-based shipping rates will apply as follows:

Special Offers: On specific days or campaigns, we may provide free delivery or half delivery charges on selected products. These offers will be clearly announced on our website or social media platforms.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days).
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email once your package has been shipped.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as perishable goods or personal care items cannot be returned.

Pack Your Item: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
Return Shipment: Send the product back through a reliable courier service. Keep the receipt/tracking for your record.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed:
Prepaid orders: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your provided bank account.
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit equal to the return value once we receive the item.
